I think all service reps can take a few lessons from Justin. I mean this gut is intelligent kind, understanding, & articulate. He knows his stuff is not condescending to the customer and goes the extra mile.
Sit back the next time you hear his name a be prepared to be totally amazed at his brilliance, he will blow you away. I don’t know where they found him but if I was in charge of hiring he would be working here.
